Divorce Attorney sued for malpractice and sexual Attack by his own client
A Manhattan woman sues her divorce lawyer for alleged malpractice, sexual assault, and professional negligence. Atesa Pacelli lawsuit against her divorce lawyer Peter Cedeno has attracted lots of attention after it was aired on a favorite TV show. In her Interior Edition tv interview, Atesa talked about her relationship with Peter Cedeno. Atesa claims that Peter Cedeno has been wooing her she retained him as her divorce attorney. Throughout the time of her affair with Peter Cedeno, Atesa was filing for divorce from her husband Anthony Pacelli. During the Inside Edition interview, Atesa Pacelli stated it was her that delivered those text messages into Peter Cedeno. She also confirmed that she had intercourse with him but she was too intoxicated to remember the details of the act.
